Broccoli parboiled with salt, pepper, crushed-chillies, garam-massala, ground-tumeric & tandoori-seasoning, then fried with egg x 1, butter-beans x 205g, (1/2 can), onion x 1/2, tomato x 1/2, pineapple-slice x 1, cheese-single-slice x 1, salt, pepper, tarragon-leaves & frypan-juice with tea & honey #3 for the morning.

Increasing the daily beans from a third of a can to half a can seems to have been a worthwhile adjustment @ 12.5 cents per day (for 1/6th of a 75c can). I never much felt the need to eat until 18:25 yesterday after brekfast at 08:00. Ten hours worth of feed.
